MULTIPLE LISTING SERVICE

I will list your property in the Multiple Listing Services for the North San Diego County Association of Realtors (NSDCAR), the Southwest Riverside County Association of Realtors (SRCAR) and the Orange County Association of Realtors.   These services provide a countywide database with information on the property that real estate licensees tap into.  Through these individual MLS services, your property is advertised on the World Wide Web to anyone with a computer and internet access (see “INTERNET” below).

OFFICE AND LOCAL REALTOR OPEN HOUSE

During the listing period, Windermere Exclusive Properties and/or local Realtors may tour the property.  During the open house, I will personally discuss details and answer questions of the other realtors regarding your property and provide them with brochures for their clients.

OPEN HOUSES

I will coordinate a schedule with you to hold Open Houses for greater exposure in advertising your property.  Open Houses can help your home sell faster.

BROCHURES

ü      A brochure box will be installed on the "For Sale" sign with full color, glossy brochures for potential buyers to obtain.

ü      Brochures are hand-delivered through the Michael Benoit Courier Service to all agents in the local North San Diego County & Temecula area real estate offices.

ü      Office Window Display – We will display a full color, glossy brochure in our office window for greater exposure to our high volume walk-by traffic.

MAILINGS

"Just Listed" & "Open House" postcards will be mailed to the neighborhood advertising your property for sale, and inviting your neighbors to view your home.

PERSONAL ACCESSIBILITY
